With over fourteen years of publishing experience, Laura Wood and Jo Morris launched i-on Edinburgh magazine in September 2005 to fill the gap in the UK's regional magazine market. Having launched several market leading magazines in the Costa del Sol in Spain, Laura and Jo brought the concept of free quality local lifestyle magazines to Edinburgh.The high quality editorial and design of the glossy lifestyle magazine led to i-on being short listed for the title of Best New magazine 2006 at the PPA awards and the i-on stable has since doubled in size with the launch in June 2007 of i-on Glasgow.
Both titles have their own unique voice to reflect the different cities and with editorial and sales teams in both, i-on offers authoritative, in-depth insider knowledge. Fashion, food and drink, health and beauty and property sit alongside travel features, people, culture and news clippings about the city.
Every city has its own identity and i-on magazine celebrates that in every issue.
