Dinner at Tigerlily

Dinner at Tigerlily

On a cold winter’s night, there’s nothing better than a meal with friends in a stylish location. The newly launched dine in for £15 two courses menu at Tigerlily offers great value for money and a choice of dishes using seasonal and local produce. With a great variety of dishes on offer this is the perfect venue for delicious yet unfussy food.

We couldn’t resist the lure of Garlic sourdough, thyme forest mushrooms with parmesan and truffle pesto, the perfect comfort food. We also tried the tender and flavoursome marinated Himalayan salt-aged beef skewers served with winter slaw which was the perfect appetiser.

Our group tried a few mains, including the Peelham Farm pork belly which was full of flavour and accompanied by with root vegetables and a creamy chive mash. The hake was beautifully cooked and came with saffron mussels, crushed potatoes and a perfectly runny soft poached egg – just delicious!

We had plans to try the sharing cookie for dessert but were full to the brim with the generous portions of the first two courses. The verdict? Dine Out for £15 is an ideal option for a tasty midweek meal.
