Follow the Oor Wullie Bucket Trail

Trying to think of ways to keep the kids occupied this summer? Follow the brilliant Oor Wullie Bucket Trail in Dundee. Over 50 sculptures of the famous DC Thomson comic character have been given individual makeovers by local and international designers. There’s a Tim Peake-inspired Astro Wullie, a nod to David Bowie, Harry Potter and many more and they’re dotted around the city.

There are trail maps, iPhone and android applications available to track them down but can you find them all? Come the end of summer 2016, the statues will be auctioned to raise money for the Tayside Children’s Hospital Appeal. A brilliantly wacky and inspired campaign we adore.
