Join Canapé King Barry Bryson, private chef and go-to caterer for Scotland's most prestigious companies and elite for an exclusive Christmas canapé demonstration on Tuesday 17 October at the wonderful Edinburgh New Town Cookery school.
He'll show you how to create must-have canapés to impress your guests, all whilst enjoying festive drinks and wine. Once the demo finishes, mingle with friends and enjoy the canapés which will be followed by a delicious Christmas Dinner in miniature afterwards.
Tickets are £20 and include:
- Festive fizz on arrival at 6pm
- Demo of four festive canapés with Barry and one of his chefs, Ron Hooper
- Wine and canapés in the board room followed by a Christmas Dinner in miniature
- Guests depart at 8.30pm, full of Christmas spirit!
