As part of Edinburgh Cocktail Weekend from 06 to 08 October, over 50 bars across the city have created a signature cocktail which wristband holders can enjoy for just £4. This twist on the ‘hot toddy’ comes courtesy of Rabble and is the perfect thing to set you up for a whole weekend of cocktail quaffing.
 

Passionate Pup

Ingredients

Serves 1

50ml Copper Dog whisky
15ml Ginger Syrup
1 teaspoon of honey
20ml of lemon juice


Method

1. Shake the ingredients together with ice

2. Strain

3. Garnish with an option twist of lemon and crystallised ginger
