The wellbeing event: A healthy start to 2017

Hands up if you vowed to make 2017 the year you put wellbeing at the top of your priority list. Yes, us too. Now hands up if that New Year’s resolution is already starting to wobble. Yup, sadly us too. Apparently most people’s New Year’s resolutions fall by the wayside before January is even out, so we’ve decided to team up with a few friends and put on an afternoon that’s guaranteed to keep you on track.

Taking place at the stylish G&V Hotel on Saturday 21 January, the Wellbeing Event will see a range of experts pass on their pearls of wisdom for feeling and looking great throughout the year ahead.

First up we’ve got personal trainer John Bernard offering advice on incorporating fitness into a busy lifestyle, plus instructors from Tribe Yoga talking through their top tips for mindfulness and relaxation.

They’ll be joined by two of Edinburgh’s most experienced cosmetic doctors, Dr Nestor of Dr Nestor’s Medical Cosmetic Centre and Dr Liliana of Aesthetica Clinic, who’ll be having a full and frank discussion about anti-ageing treatments, from facial refinement to body contouring. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask for advice, meet patients that have had treatments and see the confidence-boosting results for yourself.

Finally, Skinade will be there bringing you the very latest from the world of skincare, with plenty for you to get your hands on to try out for yourself.

Throughout the afternoon we’ll be serving up some delicious refreshments, plus every attendee will be going home with a goody bag worth over £70. Not a bad way to kick start 2017 eh?!
