The Italian restaurant chain recently opened its first branch in Scotland just off St Andrew Square and it’s a goodie. All the pasta, pizza and salads are freshly prepared in-house. Diners can order at the individual stations then watch as their dish is cooked to perfection in front of them. Great news for those in the West too, Vapiano is due to open on Buchanan Street early 2018.
