Choose from three starters, mains and desserts – we’re particularly taken with the roasted pork belly served with sesame mangetout, pak choi, papaya, kohlrabi and chilli in the Brasserie, and the beef fillet with sweet potato chips, sautéed garlic mushrooms and roasted cherry tomatoes and peppercorn sauce in the Restaurant.
Then pick your cocktail - a Grey Goose Le Grand Fizz or a Bombay Sapphire Mint and Ginger cocktail. Couple it all with some of the best views of the city, made even better if the sun comes out.
