Allergen free and vegan friendly, coconut yogurt is a delicious, healthy everyday alternative to dairy.
There are lots of versions available but we especially love COYO, handcrafted in small batches and made with fresh coconut milk infused with real fruit, cacao and spices.
The tasty blends also contain probiotics or prebiotics (all good for the gut).
The Green Coconut Tonic Bowl
Organic and raw, this smoothie is a great pick-me-up
¼ cup COYO vanilla bean coconut milk yoghurt
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of coconut water
1 frozen banana
½ cup of frozen pineapple
1 tsp of chia seeds
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blitzing together until its well combined.
2. Pour into a glass, (or a fresh coconut!), and enjoy.
