Californian restaurant Calistoga is offering a unique opportunity to meet and eat with the master behind one of their most popular tipples...

Drew Mayville, Master Blender of Buffalo Trace, will be joining Calistoga all the way from Kentucky to host a very special dinner on Thursday 05 October. 

The evening will kick off with an introductory Tito's Vodka or 209 Gin and tonic, followed by a delicious three course meal with each course accompanied by tastings of Kentucky Bourbons and the stories behind them told by Drew himself.

Rumour has it these whiskeys are almost impossible to find, so this is a pretty special opportunity for whiskey lovers!

Beetroot & Potato Frittata w/ apple & red onion chutney

Mixed Grill Jambalaya w/ chicken, prawns, whiskey sausages & dirty rice
Sweet Potato & Caramelised Onion Stack w/ heirloom carrots & balsamic glazed brussel sprouts

Chocolate & Cinnamon Cake w/ banana bourbon sauce

The dinner takes place on Thursday 05 October at 7.15pm, sitting down to eat at 7:30pm. Tickets cost £37.50, including a 3 three course meal, tasting, all drinks and coffee. To book your place, CLICK HERE.
