Brasserie Prince: A brand new cocktail experience

1 Min

Calling all cocktail connoisseurs – there’s a new experience in town and its unlike anything you’ve ever tried before...

The booze boffins at Brasserie Prince Bar have created a delectable cocktail tasting menu presented like a 4 course meal and we went along to see what it was all about... all in the name of research, right?!

The menu

Inspired by Italy, “Mamma Mia” features Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur, Bombay Dry Gin, Cocchi Americano and grapefruit bitters. It's a short cocktail served with a sweet citrus jelly to cleanse the palate.

Next, you'll be taken on a journey to France with the “Les Jeux sont Fait”; radish vodka paired with butter Vermouth. It's a sweet and savoury moreish delight, unlike anything we’ve ever tasted before.

Then on to England with the “Oh Darling”; Chase Williams gin stirred with Chardonnay wine, celery bitters and topped with apple infused tonic water.

Finish in Bonny Scotland with the “Nae Bother”; tequila mixed with Ardberg whisky, sticky mickey sauvignon blanc dessert wine and agave nectar.  It’s heady, delicious, unusual (in a fabulous way) and very clever indeed.
