Chef and founder Dale Mailley is taking over the reigns in the evenings from 24 March to cook up plates of pasta using top-notch ingredients that change daily: think wild ramson bowties with clams, seasonal greens ravioli and slow-roast pork tagliatelle. Peruse a list of Old World wines and select a glass to accompany your pasta, all for just £12 per head.
i-on members are invited to an exclusive complimentary preview night on Saturday 24 March, which will begin with a glass of Italian wine and canapés of cured meats from East Coast Cured, followed by small plates of pasta, and a treat from the bakery.
This is a free event for i-on members. Non members can accompany a member for just £5.
