An introduction to yoga including two free classes
Come along to one of our beginners' masterclasses and experience different types of yoga in order to find your perfect practice.
The hour-long masterclass at Hot Yoga Edinburgh will introduce a variety of poses and modifications to allow each student to find their maximum stretch. Suitable for all levels including absolute beginners, the class also includes breathing techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress, and will finish with a guided meditation to leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
